Opiniones

The parents were immediately integrated into the daily routine of the Mas d’Angli residence, in the scheduled activities, in the physiotherapy sessions, in the cinema sessions… the staff is professional and at the same time very close. Now that the time has come to say goodbye to the mother, we have done it in the same residence, in her home, she has been very well cared for, without suffering and in a family environment, in addition with exquisite multidisciplinary support for the husband and for the most intimate. We value very positively the palliative option at the Mas d’Angli residence versus hospital. We thank the residence for all the support received in these very difficult times.

I will never regret taking my mother, we had to take her to the hospital in Barcelona after only a month of being admitted, she was completely dehydrated, luckily we went to see her every day because they didn't tell us she was bedridden. I'm still waiting for the call from the director, Olga Olivar, offering her condolences. I still have bad feelings when I think about it and a lot of remorse for having taken her. The director certainly doesn't have any. My mother died on 11/5/18, she was admitted on 10/1/18. She had Alzheimer's and they overmedicated her. I'm giving her one star because I can't give her a minus of 1000.

Laia We had several episodes like your family and Mother as you say. Luckily before the pandemic we took her home again. And we were able to enjoy her for 7 more years. By her side and very well cared for by staff in her home. When someone becomes dependent they can no longer do the service Well cared for. Therefore Here QUALITY IS NOT = THE PRICE YOU PAY OR IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD ETC... They need + qualified staff as God commands... This made me swear that I would put it on Google when I had already passed and so I did ...🙏💫🙏

The facilities are fantastic; they're currently renovating everything and doing a great job. It has a lovely back garden. The younger staff are very friendly, while the older ones tend to be less so. The residents are very well looked after, although there are some areas that could be improved.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the treatment I received from a night caregiver. My mother was admitted to the facility to recover from an illness, and I quickly removed her because the treatment she received from a night caregiver named Andrea was appalling. My mother said that this "professional" caregiver would forget about her all night and was never available when she needed her. She complained of pain, but Andrea did nothing, and besides being rude to her on many occasions, there was absolutely no empathy, and she always had a sour expression. In short, she was completely unfriendly. This is unacceptable. I am very sorry because I think the residence is a lovely place with many good people, but one person ruins everything. I don't trust leaving my mother there, and no one can question that woman's responsibility.
