If you want to lose your loved one quickly, this is the place. They took our mother in one fell swoop. First, they broke her hip and femur while putting her to bed. When she returned from the operation, she died of dehydration in just over a week. In her last two days in the residence, already dying and accompanied by the palliative care service, no one from the management team came to the room to accompany us or to offer our condolences. They didn't even call us. They all asked for a holiday so as not to show their faces and left a nurse who didn't know where to hide as the interlocutor. They only care about money. I am convinced that many of the positive comments are from friends or employees. As another dissatisfied person says, they force us to put a star in order to post the review.

I've left one review because otherwise, Marco, I can't write any. The management is terrible, the treatment is inhumane, and leaves much to be desired. My mother died due to lack of supervision. They left her tied to her wheelchair in front of the garden stairs, and in an attempt to get up, she fell down the stairs, causing her death. Little empathy and zero human decency.
