This care home is a disgrace. There's so much accumulated filth that it's clearly been there for weeks. The elderly receive little attention and are neglected. There's little control over medication administration. This place should be shut down. A care home like this cannot remain open. It's the worst care home I've ever seen. People are taking their relatives out of there. I would never send a family member there.

ATTENTION!! BE CAREFUL!! At this nursing home, there are employees dedicated to making the jewelry and personal belongings of elderly and deceased people disappear. Very sad and terrible!! It's lamentable!! The nursing home takes no responsibility for anything and just stands by without taking any action. Be careful!! - In response to your response, I'm specifically referring to some earrings that were left in the reception because they weren't left in the room to prevent them from disappearing, and they have been complained about on several occasions. Instead of searching for me in the database, please search for the earrings, so I can correct my comments and warn other people.

A 5-star residence. Clean, tidy, friendly, and well-served. Spacious rooms, great views. It feels like you're in a fine hotel.

It was the most horrific experience in the world. We had to call the police to get the relative out and take him to the emergency room because the center staff didn't even want to call an ambulance. The doctor is going on vacation and they haven't replaced him. The treatment of the grandparents was rude, abrupt, and unpleasant. After what happened, neither the director nor anyone from the center has contacted us to explain (I can't imagine what excuse they could come up with, anyway) or apologize. What we saw and experienced is incredible. How appalling, the lack of respect for our elders.
