Cerdanyola Residència d'Avis destaca por ofrecer una atención profesional, cálida y personalizada, con instalaciones adecuadas, actividades organizadas y servicios de calidad como cocina propia y atención médica 24 horas, generando gran satisfacción entre residentes y familias. Aunque no cuenta con lujos innecesarios, sus tarifas razonables y el ambiente acogedor la posicionan como una opción muy recomendable para quienes buscan cuidados genuinos más que ostentación.

The residence is spacious, with outdoor patios perfect for strolling and sunbathing. They organize activities to keep the residents entertained. The staff is attentive and caring, and the management is impeccable. The residents seem happy and well cared for. In short, it's a very good residence for our elderly. I'm happy to see my mother peaceful, clean, relaxed, and well cared for. Thank you, Eva and Raquel, for managing the center.

The residence has an excellent team of people always attentive to providing our families with every care, attention, and affection. They have physical therapy and daily activities, 24-hour medical service, excellent facilities, excellent cleanliness, and excellent food prepared in their own kitchen. The residents and their families are delighted and grateful.

A small but very welcoming nursing home with highly personalized and compassionate care for each resident. They have their own home-style kitchen, which makes residents feel comfortable. While lacking unnecessary luxuries, it has perfectly adequate facilities and a lovely patio/garden when the weather is nice. Rates are very reasonable and it's highly recommended. Those seeking luxury should look elsewhere.
