El Centro Residencial Sophos Sant Joan recibe valoraciones muy polarizadas: los usuarios elogian ampliamente la calidad de la atención del personal de planta, describiendo un trato respetuoso, profesional y amable con los residentes, así como excelentes servicios, actividades y limpieza. Sin embargo, la gestión administrativa presenta serios problemas, incluyendo falta de comunicación para agendar visitas, falta de transparencia en descuentos aplicables, sobrecargos no reembolsados y acciones contractuales cuestionables, lo que genera desconfianza en la gestión de la residencia

We are delighted with this residence. They have treated our mother / grandmother / mother-in-law in a respectful and professional manner from the first moment to the last. They have all the necessary services and the staff who have attended to her have made sure that she has the best possible assistance. They have facilitated all the procedures for us and have helped us in the most difficult moments.

I don't know how it is. I've been waiting for an appointment to visit and request a place for my mother for three months, and they still haven't called me. They tell me to be patient. It's the only one in the entire region that isn't accessible, and I don't know why.

My entire critique is dedicated exclusively to the management and administrative staff. I want to thank all the staff on floors 1 and 2 for how well they treated my father. Always with a smile and kind words... The management is another matter. They are downright THIEVES. I want to warn everyone who resides and is registered in Sant Joan Despi and occupies a private parking space that they are required to give them a 10% DISCOUNT. In my father's case, he presented his Sant Joan Despi registration, his ID document showing his habitual residence in Sant Joan Despí for 50 years, and they neither gave us the discount nor informed us. When the family of another resident informed us of this discount, we demanded it, and then they did apply it (the savings was €280/month...), but not retroactively. They DO NOT return the overcharges over the months... that's called STEALING.

My father-in-law attends the day center and he's delighted. They involve them in many activities. He says the food is very good. The cleanliness is excellent. And the assistants are fantastic! 👌🏼👏🏼👏🏼

My grandmother was in daycare, and they terminated the contract without the consent of the person who had previously signed it. This was extremely unprofessional on their part, in addition to their illegal actions.
