Thank you so much, Lidia, and all your team for making my mother, Montserrat Pallas, happy in her new home since November 2020. I was feeling unwell, but all of you, with your love, affection, dedication, kindness, patience, and respect, made her content and happy, just as I was. Your humanity is truly admirable. Thank you all for your understanding and support until the end of her life. Thanks to you and your advice, she passed away peacefully. Thank you for taking care of us all; you will always have my love, gratitude, and admiration. A hug to you all.

THANK YOU. It's the only word I can begin with. A heartfelt thank you that fills my heart. Five years ago, my mother moved into a place that was completely unfamiliar to her, but you all transformed it into her home. It is each and every one of you who, with your respect, affection, and dedication, created an atmosphere of love and tranquility within those walls and high ceilings, making one feel right at home. And it is this same tranquility that I feel now, knowing that she couldn't have been in better hands. The personal qualities of each and every one of you are incredible and undeniable. Seeing how you cared for her during this time, and the patience, gentleness, and tenderness you showed her (and us) in her final days, has deeply moved us and allowed María to pass away peacefully. Thank you also for understanding us, supporting us, and caring for us. A very big hug to each of you who, in one way or another, were a part of her life.

Today we visited the residence for a possible arrival of a family member. They weren't expecting us; we didn't have an appointment... It was lunchtime. The welcome and attention from Lydia, the director and manager, was excellent. Cleanliness: Excellent Brightness: Excellent Rooms: Very good Communal areas: Very good-Excellent Location: Excellent-Very well connected by bus and metro Family atmosphere with few residents We hope our family member feels at home. We strive for the best for her, close to home.
