I'm very disappointed. We paid a deposit to admit my grandfather to this care home, and just before we were due to take him, he had to be rushed to the hospital, where he died six days later. They told us the same day that they would refund the deposit and hold his place for 15 days, but when I called to inform them of the situation, they said they would only refund half... shameful. He didn't even get to set foot in the care home.
