My mother entered the Centre Geriatric del Valles in June 2022, and sadly passed away last Saturday, December 13, 2025. This has been her home for the past two and a half years, and from the very first day, both my mother and we (her two daughters) have received exceptional care. The entire center, in general—the cleanliness, the hygiene, the homemade food, the celebrations, activities, parties, and so much more—makes our residents feel truly welcome. These last few days, they have been there for us, pampering us, comforting us, offering us every kind of help and making it easy for us to be by our mother's side during these difficult times with love and compassion. From Dr. Navarro, the director Carme, Mª Jose, Maria, the entire nursing team, assistants, caregivers, cleaning staff, laundry and kitchen staff—you all deserve our deepest gratitude as professionals and wonderful people. Finally, what counts most are the people who take care of our elders. And in our case, the treatment received, not only by our beloved aunt - close, respectful, affectionate and above all professional, until her last days - but also by us, guiding and accompanying us at all times, has been impeccable. I suppose that as happens to many families, having to take a loved one to a nursing home, in my case my 103-year-old mother, was a shock for us. We had good references and the reviews seemed very positive to us, so we decided to take the step because my mother, with a great gesture of love, decided so. From the first day, they made us feel at home, both us and her. She was attended to at all times and accompanied by the entire team of great professionals. Unfortunately, she was there for very little time, but during those three months in the center she continued to be happy! Therefore, I want to thank you with all my heart, for everything you were able to do for her until her last days. Thank you very much…you made sure that she never lost her smile!

When I needed it for my mother, I knew that if I had to admit her to a nursing home, it would be this one, because I already knew it from having worked there and I know the good treatment and professionalism they have towards the residents. The treatment of the elderly is excellent, they take great care of each of their needs, adapting to each person! The center is very clean and the facilities are magnificent. In addition, all the staff are passionate about the elderly and you can tell they have a lot of passion!
