Centre Geriàtric Bonavista presenta opiniones extremadamente divididas y preocupantes: mientras una reseña positiva agradece los cuidados recibidos, cuatro críticas devastadoras denuncian la falta de accesibilidad para personas en silla de ruedas, una gestión deficiente con cambios de criterio en el último momento, y un trato degradante hacia el personal que repercute negativamente en la atención a los residentes. Los aspectos negativos dominan ampliamente, sugiriendo problemas estructurales graves en la dirección y administración del centro.

After speaking on the phone for a week, I arrived at the care home and they told me they wouldn't accept my mother because she uses a wheelchair. This is outrageous, and I will file a complaint. You'll be hearing from me. I'm going to do everything I can to get what you call a care home shut down. You don't have much time left before you close. I'm giving one star because I can't give it a -100. The management of the center directly mistreats the nursing home staff. They treat them in a degrading way in front of the residents, which directly affects the way they treat the residents. It's truly a disgrace that it's still open. I wouldn't leave my family in this place, even if they paid me.

A complete disgrace, both the manager and the administration, the service is appalling. We spoke with management, submitted the necessary paperwork, arranged the admission date, and on the very day of admission they told us: "Since she can't walk, she can't be admitted." A serious lack of communication; they're completely clueless. A residence that isn't wheelchair accessible? Seriously? They should close it down, not just for my mother, but for everyone who speaks ill of this residence, and for all elderly people.
