My experience is very good. All the staff try to be friendly and make the residents' daily lives easier, which is not always easy. Apart from the aides and nurses, the reception staff should be highlighted. Both Ana and Joan work hard to be able to serve everyone and always with joy and kind words.

I wanted to thank and highlight the work done by the reception staff, Anna and Joan. Despite the volume of requests they receive, they are always willing to help and resolve the difficulties we raise with them. And always with kindness and warmth. Also our thanks to the nursing and auxiliary staff.

I'm giving it one star because of the clinical assistants, specifically those in the long-term care facility. Some of the nurses treat patients and their families quite badly. It was the worst week of my father's life; he's terminally ill. The doctor prescribed morphine three times a day, as needed depending on his pain and breathing. When I asked the nurse for more, she told me it was addictive. For someone who's going to die? Seriously, there was a lot of disrespect shown by the long-term care team. And that's all I have to say. Thanks for nothing.

I'm giving it fewer stars because I can't. The treatment is inhumane, the supposed healthcare staff are incredibly uncaring—I say "supposed" because I can't fathom how someone supposedly qualified to care for people can do such a poor job. I don't understand how it's still open.

Although the government's rating system is very slow, the staff at the Socio - Sanitario are very professional. From the nurses to the social workers who go out of their way to help us manage the interests of patients and therefore move forward with their care. This support from Aitor in this area and the empathy of the nursing service for the concerns that our family member's condition generates are essential for us. The lack of staff, which is the fault of the administrations, makes these gestures a thank you to the caregivers who work in this area. Thank you very much.
