CDM Residencial cuenta con el respaldo de la mayoría de usuarios, quienes elogian ampliamente la profesionalidad y dedicación del personal, las instalaciones agradables en un entorno natural, y la calidad general de cuidados y atención emocional hacia los residentes. Sin embargo, existe una reseña muy negativa que reporta problemas graves como restricciones injustificadas, mala calidad alimentaria y trato inadecuado, lo que sugiere inconsistencias en la calidad del servicio o posibles casos aislados que merecen atención.

A very good experience with the entire staff at the center. Very attentive, pleasant, and professional. The center is located in a beautiful setting, surrounded by nature. It has a chapel where family members can be accompanied during the visit, very pretty and cozy. There's a terrace amidst the plane trees in the courtyard, a garden with orange and lemon trees... in short, several areas to enjoy with the elderly throughout the year. They allow grandparents to visit with family members. In short, highly recommended.

Friendly and very professional treatment from all the staff, including administrative, healthcare, and management. My mother was very well cared for by everyone in a beautiful natural setting. Highly recommended. It was recommended to me by a friend who had his father there during the COVID-19 pandemic, when the nursing home was very successful with its protocols, thus preventing a much worse outcome, as has happened in other centers. Very happy with her stay at CRM.

My mother's time at this residence was terrible, they did everything wrong from prohibiting her from taking her out for walks to more things that are worthy of complaint, and it turns out that later I find out that nothing of what they did can be done because the family representative said so... a deception and mistreatment of the family and of the elderly people who are there, let's not even talk about it, terrible... the food was terrible, very low quality in short!! Not one star, a very bad experience... I hope they improve for the sake of the elderly people who are in their care.

My mother is a resident at this care home, and I couldn't be more grateful. From day one, the care has been exceptional. The entire team of professionals demonstrates a true vocation, warmth, and dedication to the residents' well-being. My mother is very well looked after, and they always keep us informed clearly and kindly, which gives our whole family immense peace of mind. I also want to highlight how they attend to the residents' emotional needs, something I consider fundamental, in addition to organizing many activities that help keep them active. It's clear they focus on their overall well-being. The space is fantastic: they have a large garden, ideal for residents to enjoy the fresh air, and the indoor facilities are bright, spacious, and welcoming. In short, a place where you know your loved ones are in the best hands. Highly recommended.

A great place, good facilities, very efficient and attentive staff and they treat both residents and family members in a very kind and caring way. Years ago I had my father admitted, later another family member was and with the good experience I have now admitted a brother-in-law. I congratulate the management for how the center works.
