La residencia Sant Jordi presenta una experiencia muy polarizada: mientras que algunos usuarios destacan la excelente atención médica y el trato humanizado del personal de enfermería, otros reportan problemas graves como robo de objetos personales, falta de control sobre la ropa de los residentes y un trato desagradable y grosero por parte de ciertos miembros del personal de recepción. Aunque la calidad asistencial parece ser el punto fuerte de la residencia, las deficiencias en seguridad, gestión de pertenencias y actitud de algunos trabajadores son aspectos críticos que requieren atención inmedi

    We admitted my uncle to this residence, his cell phone was stolen, and they did absolutely nothing. I doubt any of the residents stole it. We bought him new clothes, which they won't give him; they bring him other clothes (even though his clothes are clearly marked). Regarding another receptionist, not Maite, she was extremely unpleasant to the patients. I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero.

    This review is for the gentleman at reception. Today I went to visit my aunt; I honestly didn't know the center's opening hours. He was talking to other people, and I, as usual, was going to write this post. To my surprise, he shouted at me in a loud and unpleasant voice, asking where I thought I was going—literally. I explained… and then he said again in an unpleasant voice that it wasn't visiting hours… I apologized and replied that I didn't know, but he insisted in an unpleasant voice and then started telling me they were cleaning. I think he should start there and not shout. Honestly, not even at Christmas do some people stop being so rude.

    An exceptional experience in every way My father was a patient at this clinic, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the care he received. From the nursing staff, always attentive, kind, and with an admirable vocation, to the doctor, Ricardo, who demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and commitment. We felt supported and well-informed at all times. Every explanation was clear, and they instilled confidence in us. While the food could be improved slightly, it doesn't detract from the excellent work done by the entire team. However, in my father's case, the menu was not very varied or appealing (I'm referring to dates up to January 2025). The human touch and professionalism make all the difference. That said, there is one aspect I think should be taken into account. During weekends and holidays, medical coverage is only available through an on-call service. Despite the team's best efforts, the heavy workload means that the wait for direct medical attention can last up to 4 or 5 hours, an important detail that management should review.
