They almost killed my grandmother. I have medical reports to prove it. For 13 days, they gave her medication without authorization (a sedative). During those 13 days, I told them something was wrong, and they made me believe it was just old age. Finally, I called an ambulance myself because they didn't think it was necessary. When she arrived at the hospital, she was very weak and had almost no pulse. The treatment of the family was horrific and inhumane; even after seeing the mistake and with evidence, they denied it. The facilities are terrible, lacking cleanliness, and the beds and sofas are very old and uncomfortable. It's extremely hot, especially on the second floor, and their ventilation system consists of two standing fans. There's no ramp to access the street. In short: Horrible! If you love your elderly relative, don't make the mistake of taking them to that residence.

The treatment I saw in this place from the employees and nurses is very good; they are patient, attentive, and very caring towards the elderly. Congratulations to the staff for the hard work they do.

We've had a terrible experience. My grandmother was hospitalized for 13 days and is currently hospitalized with severe dehydration and malnutrition, all caused by a sedative that was administered incorrectly throughout her stay. No staff member noticed her condition and the worsening of her health, despite the family's daily warnings. This demonstrates the gross incompetence of the staff in general and the nursing home doctor in particular, who was unable to detect the patient's excessively rapid deterioration. The hospital where she is currently staying has recommended that we file a complaint, and once we have all the medical reports, we will proceed with it. For all these reasons, I do not recommend that anyone bring their family members to this facility so they do not have to live and suffer what we have endured. Finally, I would like to mention the inhumane treatment by the entire staff, who at no point were concerned about the family members' emotional state.

Hello, the service at this place they call a residence is awful, both in person and over the phone. They answer rudely and hang up without any explanation. I urge anyone who cares about their family not to put them in this terrible place. Lacking cleanliness and hygiene, these are people who like to raise their hands whenever they feel like it. I'm giving it one star, but not because they deserve it, because the truth is they don't even deserve one star. The caregivers at this awful place have no respect or empathy whatsoever. I hope nothing happens to my mother or any of the other people in this so-called residence.
