I'll share what happened yesterday at that nursing home; it was totally surreal... I didn't know my mother mattered so little... What a lack of human decency... We went to collect her belongings, and there was the director at reception. We were thinking she'd offer her condolences, but no, she asks us who we've come to see. "Ma'am, my mother has passed away..." "Oh," she says... "I didn't know." WHAT? AND THEY KNEW! I spoke to two people to let them know... And I also sent an email telling them we were coming, not that we came later... They left us feeling awful... Their behavior towards the family was deplorable, especially coming from people who were supposed to be caring for my mother.

Hello, good morning. I want to take this opportunity, which coincides with some special dates for me, to express my deepest gratitude for your work, sensitivity, and personalized attention to each resident according to their needs, and in my case, to my mother-in-law Margarita, my aunt Juana, and my uncle Juan. Thank you for being their second home, their family, and for looking after them in my place. I know that Seniors is the company, the machine, but without all of you, who are the driving force, it wouldn't be possible. That's why I thank each and every one of you for your wonderful work and humane dedication, from management Bel, the doctor, the nurses, the nursing assistants, the kitchen staff, the cleaning staff, the administration, and the social services staff.
