The best care home to realize the value of your work, terrible nurses and management that leaves much to be desired, speaking ill of the residents in front of them... Unbelievable. If you want to neglect your family... this is the care home for you.

There's not enough staff, they don't answer residents' calls at night when there's an emergency, my mother has fainted twice waiting for assistance, the rooms are a disaster with old furniture and a terrible bathroom. The manager and owner is rude, arrogant, and extremely unpleasant. I wouldn't recommend this residence under any circumstances, only if you don't care about your family member at all and want to throw your money away for the bare minimum so they can maximize their profit, and then they'll raise the price by another €200 for no reason.

Excellent residence! It's a very welcoming, family-oriented place. They treat all the residents like family, keeping them entertained with stimulating activities throughout the day. The care and attention are exceptional. After our experience in other residences in Mallorca, this one is by far the closest to a family home for our parents. I highly recommend it! ❤️
