Sin embargo, existe una crítica importante sobre la falta de actividades y entretenimiento para los mayores, sugiriéndose la implementación de más programas de animación como clases de baile, juegos o actividades artísticas para mantenerlos más activos y motivados durante su estancia.

The staff is very professional and, above all, caring. Ana Lagostena (social worker) is very kind, always approachable and explains everything in detail. The staff is patient, caring, and respectful. The new facilities are clean, well-maintained, and adapted so everyone feels comfortable and safe. We also really like the variety of activities they organize, as they help keep the seniors active and motivated. Reception always makes us feel at home 😊

Estaría mejor que las personas que tienen dentro estuvieran más entretenidas, entras ahí y siempre están sentadas sin hacer nada, como propuesta de mejora aconsejo que venga gente a que los entretenga, clases de baile, juegos, pintura, un mago.. están siempre ahí sentados y da pena verlos, qué menos que hacerles estar mejor.

In terms of care for dependents, it's a 10. The hospital where my mother was admitted congratulated us on the care she received. Many thanks to the caregivers and all the professionals working at Emera Mallorca for the quality with which they treat the residents.

Hello, I visited the residence and I loved it. The experience with José Antonia, the physiotherapist, was fantastic. He explained how everything works and it's improved so much. Besides that, the catering is great and the layout is spectacular. The treatment of the residents is completely transparent, ensuring they feel free to be heard and that everyone is treated with dignity. It's exemplary. I would love to work here and be part of the staff. I give the workers a 10 out of 10! ❤️😍 Keep up the good work!
