Opiniones

Dear nuns, please turn on the air conditioning for the patients/residents there, not just when visitors are coming. It's outrageous, with all the money these poor people are paying to be properly cared for. Don't you have any heart? Of course you're nuns. If you don't turn it on, I will file a complaint. Nursing homes today are worse than prisons, and you don't pay in prison.

Jandres Ba, I would like you to be put in the shoes of those family members who have had a bad experience and think what you would have done if it happened to a loved one around you. I don't think it's malicious to give a negative opinion, unfortunately in life it's not all positive. It would not be the first nor the last residence in Spain that closes for not treating the elderly adequately, there are a few but it is easier to stay silent and let atrocities continue to happen.

Not a good place. It's run by nuns, which is why it disappoints me even more. When you admit a relative, you want the best for that person and think it's an ideal place, not a living hell, as we've found. Lack of staff, unpleasant treatment, and the food leaves much to be desired. They sedate people so they don't cause any discomfort. And most suffer from malnutrition.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We left a family member there for two months out of necessity. He entered completely independent, but we witnessed his rapid decline. He left unable to walk, still wearing diapers. The day we picked him up, we went straight to the emergency room because he had a fever and a bump on his forehead that no one had informed us about. His blood test showed he was overdosing on some drops they were giving him to help him sleep. We suspected this because if we called him at 6 PM to talk to him, he was already asleep. We filed a complaint against the nursing home, but we couldn't do anything because they told us the evidence wasn't sufficient. They cover for each other, and there's a terrible staff shortage.

I was there the other day to see it. It is a residence run by very friendly nuns. It is small, very clean, welcoming and very familiar. In a word, it is a very good residence.
