We were treated so well at the residence when we most needed it . Everything met our needs and the leadership and staff team were first class. Our overall experience with our new ‘family’ helped tremendously with my wife’s recovery , which I know was most certainly due to the dedication and kindness of the Palacio del Guadiana team . I visited this residence and honestly, I have no reason to give it a good review because I really dislike the way the elderly are treated. The elderly should be treated with kindness, not with shouting and rudeness. If they're not happy with their jobs, they should stay home and let those who are capable do their work. Secondly, the idea that things disappear and nothing happens is simply not right. And as far as I know, it's not cheap to live there.

Very outdated or poorly functioning facilities. Insufficient staff to meet the residents' needs. Poor hygiene; we had to ask them to please clean the bathroom in our room many times. Excessive prices for the treatment and conditions provided to the elderly in all aspects.

I'm happy with how my family member is doing, knowing that they are taking care of their health and well-being, which is reassuring to know that they will call if there is an emergency. The location is very good, with a garden area and interior courtyards, and areas for walking (although the city council could really improve the sidewalks). It's well-connected and there's easy parking nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful, making procedures easier and providing quality service.
