La Residencia de mayores Puente Real I presenta opiniones muy divididas: mientras que varios usuarios elogian sinceramente la amabilidad y profesionalismo del personal, especialmente del director, y destacan la buena atención y organización de actividades, otros critican severamente el estado de las instalaciones, describiéndolas como sucias, descuidadas y necesitadas de renovación urgente. En conclusión, aunque el trato humano parece ser una fortaleza, las deficiencias en mantenimiento e infraestructura generan preocupación sobre la calidad general del servicio.

This place is desperately in need of renovation, which their website claims was recent. It's dirty, neglected, and depressing. I absolutely do not recommend it. Of the staff, I only interacted with the director, whose kindness I must emphasize, but of course, that's not enough when it comes to admitting a family member there.
