My experience at this nursing home has been very negative. Residents frequently lose their clothes, and in many cases, they are given clothes that don't belong to them. They are neglected, left to suffer in the cold, and their hygiene is not properly maintained. Furthermore, they are often left dirty and unkempt. The food is also inadequate: they are given small portions, and the food is not always of good quality. It is very sad to see how the well-being and dignity of the elderly are disregarded. I hope they take serious measures to improve the care and attention they provide.

The care at this residence is extremely poor. The elderly residents constantly lose their clothes and, on many occasions, appear wearing garments that aren't theirs. They are not properly cared for: they are left to get cold, they aren't bathed regularly, and they don't receive the attention they deserve. There is a clear lack of interest and professionalism on the part of the staff. It is heartbreaking to see how they treat people who deserve respect and care.

Speaking from experience, we had to leave my mother here, and I couldn't be more grateful. She was very ill, but in a couple of months, she made an impressive positive change. The entire team at the residence, from the girls to the director and the entire staff, is always available to help us with any questions, and my mother is very happy and very well cared for. Thank you all so much for your patience and professionalism. I recommend this residence 100%.

My relative was only in this care home for a short time, but it was enough for us to realize how poor the quality of care is. Both professionally and personally, they leave much to be desired. In the three months my relative was there, she was hospitalized for more than three days due to dehydration, something basic for anyone's health. If they can't even keep a person properly hydrated, imagine how they handle other aspects of their care. We had to endure it, so I only hope that anyone who can will avoid this care home.
