Opiniones

Sadly, my father passed away due to neglect at this nursing home. Malnourished, dehydrated, and abandoned were the doctor's report when I went to pick him up from the hospital to be with him in his final days. I absolutely do not recommend this place where they abandon our loved ones whom we cannot care for. The management of this center should be reported. We'll see you in court; you'll be in serious trouble, and if not, karma will make sure you get what you deserve for treating the elderly, you shameless person!

The reviews being posted are unfair! Some people haven't even set foot in the residence to be able to comment on the treatment of the residents or their hygiene. If they had ever been there, they would have seen how the residents treat the staff like family, and vice versa! Like everywhere, there are always things to improve, but I assure you that the treatment and empathy shown to the residents is not one of them. Sometimes we demand that they receive the same care as in a hospital, forgetting that these centers aren't hospitals. Perhaps the improvements aren't due to a change of residence or the care received at the center, but rather to the specialist care that should have been provided much earlier in the hospital. We demand more from the staff, but do we demand more from ourselves as family members? As family members, we must ensure that they don't feel abandoned by their family. That's what makes a person feel good: staying in a place where they receive care and affection from people they don't know, and continuing to receive the care and affection they've always had from their family. We, as family members, are here to facilitate this process, and for that, it would be helpful to visit them more often, even if it's just for short periods or through phone calls. In this particular residence, I know of people who could easily go home for Christmas dinner with their families, a time when they feel more alone than ever, but no one takes them. However, I have seen how the management and staff do everything possible, both during these holidays and on other special occasions, to keep them entertained, make them smile, and remind them that they are not alone. So please, some people may have had good experiences in residences, while others, for whatever reason, may have had a bad experience, but in no case should we undermine the work of the people who care for our loved ones, and in my opinion, they do a very, very good job! I encourage all the families who have had a positive experience—and there are many of us—to leave a review. These people don't deserve these kinds of comments. It's a shame that we only write reviews to say the bad things. A big hug to the whole team, you do a great job!

The worst nursing home I know. They should install cameras and constantly monitor how the residents are treated. Some weren't able to communicate, but just by being there, we could see how badly they were being treated. Since my grandfather entered that nursing home (if you can even call it that), his condition has only worsened due to the lack of hygiene and care for the elderly. I hope his family members are treated the same or worse, and that they die because their pain and illnesses are ignored. It's a disgrace that people continue to trust those people. The elderly need care from qualified and dedicated staff.

I am a resident and both the pharmacy team, led by their sensational doctor, demonstrate excellent professionalism and humanity, as do the rest of the workers and management staff.

The worst place to have an elderly person. If we hadn't gotten my mother-in-law out, they would have killed her. They dropped her. They wouldn't give her water. They had abandoned her. She arrived at the hospital dehydrated. Thankfully, we got her out after 20 days. To give you an idea, they didn't charge us for the 20 days she was there. Of course, we filed the appropriate complaints, but they were lucky we were in such a bad state that we couldn't have taken legal action with medical reports, of course. Not even a simple apology from anyone. In short, don't leave your elderly relatives in the hands of these people who lack empathy for the elderly. If you need more details, don't hesitate to ask. But it's impossible.
