Opiniones

Hello, my name is Raquel. My mother was in this nursing home two years ago. The experience was awful. I haven't been able to talk about it until now. I took my mother to the hospital, insisting they go. According to them, there was nothing wrong with her, but she was completely dehydrated and had a brain hemorrhage. She was on the verge of death for a month. They weren't even able to ask how she was, after their gross negligence, and then they abandoned her. They had left her glasses of water and juice lined up, and even though they saw they were full, they didn't bother to give them to her, and she couldn't drink them anymore. It was total neglect, and the doctor kept saying nothing was wrong with her, that she just couldn't speak. There was a complete lack of professionalism and empathy towards the patients and their families, and I could go on and on. The circumstances were so serious that I haven't been able to put them into words until now. Not to mention that the food is terrible, there's only one nurse for all the patients, rehabilitation is nonexistent, and the treatment when you go there is like being in a prison.

Today marks three months since my father, a resident there, passed away. I have no words to express my gratitude to the center's management, the nursing service, and all the nursing home staff and assistants for all their affection, warmth, and support during this difficult time, which made us feel embraced by everyone. Thank you very much, and please continue with this professionalism.

My name is MAngeles. I had my mother there and I'm so happy with how wonderfully she was cared for and pampered by all the staff. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone and my biggest hug. You will always be in our hearts ❤️😘😘😘😘

The cleaning staff are lovely, the grandparents are well-supported during the day, they have their own hair salon, and they really look happy.

The staff is very pleasant and certainly well-trained to care for their residents, especially the occupational therapist.
