A very good place to care for our seniors. The treatment is extremely family-like; it's incredible to see the kindness and care the staff show the residents. My Aunt Encarni was very happy there. Her daily exercises, memory training, etc. Highly recommended!

My relative was handed over to us with injuries (one of them a very severe head wound). She was hospitalized after a suspected fall, and the doctors told us she was likely to die. According to the staff at the residence, she has suffered four or five falls, as far as we know. The second-to-last fall resulted in a broken pelvis, among other injuries, and she is now wheelchair-bound. There is a staff shortage (this is an objective fact, not my opinion). Regarding the response, my family isn't very grateful, but it's a nice attempt at appearances, even though they're unlikely to make a good impression now, given previous reviews indicating that other relatives were found with injuries at this residence, just like mine. It should also be noted, in connection with the response, that THOSE RELATIVES WHOM THE RESPONDENT REPRESENTS, REPRESENTING ON BEHALF OF Cuidda Ávila, WHO ARE SO GRATEFUL, AND WHOM ARE SUMMONED TO THIS RESIDENCE TO SIGN DOCUMENTS, IN AN ATTEMPTED EFFORT BY THIS RESIDENCE TO COVER THEIR BACKS, TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THEIR VULNERABILITY IN THIS REGARD, AFTER HEALTHCARE PERSONNEL VISIT AND COMPLETE A REPORT OF INJURIES, ARE NOT SO GRATEFUL. THE TRUTH IS THAT THEY CAN'T HAVE MY RELATIVE AT HOME/DON'T WANT TO, AND THEY ARE MORE POLITE WITH THE STAFF OF THIS RESIDENCE THAN THE STAFF OF THIS RESIDENCE, WHOM I HOPE WILL NOT SAY TO THEM AGAIN WHAT THEY HAVE BEEN SAYING ABOUT ME, BECAUSE, AS YOU HAVE SEEN, I AM NOT LIKE THEM. AND REGARDING THE COMPLAINT, I HOPE THAT DATA PROTECTION HAS NOT BEEN VIOLATED, AS THIS WOULD BE IN ADDITION TO THE INJURY REPORTS AND THE DOCUMENTS THAT SHOW NEGOTIATIONS ON THE PART OF CUIDDA. Ávila. There's no need to respond to this review again. I'm familiar with those channels and the means you've indicated for complaints and reports. And I'm afraid that with so many medical reports, as well as two injury reports demonstrating negligence on the part of this nursing home, it's going to be extremely difficult to defend myself. I hope you don't speak ill of me to my family again, because if I find out again, I will take appropriate action. I wish you the best of luck with your defense (you're going to need it).

My uncle was a resident, and we got him out as soon as we heard some things. They advertise having a doctor 24 hours a day, but it's not true. The worst nursing home in the city. I don't recommend it at all. It's not so much the staff's treatment, but the lack of assistants.

My grandfather stayed there for a few months and felt right at home. It wasn't just the excellent treatment from the staff, their kindness, etc., which was wonderful. It was everything the facility offered, where without a doubt (in my grandfather's own words) "the food was the best, and you could even have seconds." I must also mention the warmth and kindness shown by everyone there, from the social worker (who does an impeccable job), the psychologist (always available, even for family members if needed), the doctors and nurses (who treat everything they find), to the director (who also does a fantastic job), all of whom made the whole place feel much more welcoming and pleasant. I can't finish without highlighting the amazing rehabilitation team they have, who did an incredible job with him. Simply, thank you.
