A woman named Giña, in charge of that residence! She shouldn't even be there! She speaks rudely to the families and does whatever she pleases without respect. She tells them that if they don't like it, they should leave! What kind of professionals are there?! I hope this goes far and she stops working with people in need. A very good residence with excellent professionals. My parents have been there for over a year and are delighted. They have always received outstanding treatment, both from the owners and the staff. They have never lacked attention or concern for their well-being whenever they have needed it. They are perfectly cared for, with a very healthy and varied diet and a constant stream of activities. They have daily doctor visits and weekly physiotherapy. We are very happy because my parents are very happy and well cared for there.

My parents were there for two years, until their passing. I can only say that they and we were delighted with their stay. The food was excellent, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the personal care was outstanding. I visited them every week, and they were thrilled. My father could come and go as he pleased for his walks, and my mother said the staff were very kind and caring towards her. My father-in-law is still at the residence, and we haven't had any problems despite how long and difficult the pandemic has been for everyone. We were always kept informed, and they were cared for with great attention. We will always be grateful for the love and care my parents received. My experience and that of my family has been very bad with this place. My grandmother did not receive the treatment we wanted for her. She was only hospitalized there for 13 days. When we were able to visit her after her quarantine, we urgently requested a doctor. From there, she went straight to the hospital, swollen and with waterlogged lungs, among other things... Injuries beyond repair. I'm not a doctor, a nurse, or an assistant; it only took me 15 minutes through a glass window to see that she wasn't well. I could write more things I didn't like, details I saw, or that my grandmother herself told me, but the owners of this COMPANY don't like criticism. Just one more note: at the time, it was the only nursing home with available beds, and someone from the Board told me there must be a reason...
