My mother has been here for two years, and I couldn't be happier. The service is excellent; all the caregivers are lovely, very caring, and very professional. Both the director, Marisa, and Soraya, along with their entire medical team, are true professionals. The facilities are very good, and the first day I arrived, I loved how clean everything smelled. In short, fantastic!

I'm speechless. I can only express my gratitude to all the staff for their dedication to the elderly. It takes a lot of vocation and patience. My mother-in-law has been there for four years and is as delighted as we are. We don't see the director often, but she always tells us how everything is going. The managers, Monica, Soraya, and Vanesa, are always attentive to any need or question and are always willing to help; they are lovely. You have to be truly dedicated to this work with 90 elderly people. Thank you all so much for the wonderful work you do. Warm regards and a hug from Mari Carmen and Pedro, relatives of Carmen Martínez.

My mother has been in the care home for 7 years, and the behavior from Marisa, the director, as well as everyone else involved in the day-to-day operations, is exceptional. The treatment is incredibly kind and humane. Thank you for being who you are. A kiss, Chema

My father, mother, and uncle have all stayed at this residence, and I must say they were very well cared for. They couldn't have been in better hands. I'm grateful to the caregivers and the director. Thank you so much for your kindness.

I never imagined a nursing home could provide such inhumane treatment. The director plays her role very well at first, but then she changes. The food is terrible, as later acknowledged by the person working in her kitchen. They don't give them the clothes you bring. They give them old clothes from other patients. During one of my father's hospitalizations, we were told he arrived completely dehydrated and with several infected bedsores. The hygiene is appalling; they tell you they give them creams, etc., but it's not true. They have patients in rooms that flood as soon as it rains a little, with humidity that shouldn't be allowed for health reasons. Peeling walls, broken furniture. During one of our visits to see my father, we found him with a foot that didn't fit into his shoe. They untied the laces and started walking. They didn't call a doctor or anything. It turned out to be a blood clot, with very serious consequences due to the lack of proper care. One day, while I was waiting at the front desk, I heard a staff member say to a guest who had urinated, "Now you should drink it," while other colleagues laughed at the joke, incredulous. That's why they don't like family members to come in, so you don't see what's going on in there. I could go on and on, but I think for anyone looking for a decent place for a loved one, half of what I've posted is enough to know that this nursing home isn't one.
