They are thieves, I admitted my father for 1 month, waiting for a place to become available through the Community of Madrid, having communicated it from the beginning, he was admitted at the end of July and the place in the Community of Madrid became available to enter on August 11, we notified them in advance, at the time of admission the director told us that they would charge us the July part and then the whole month in August but that they would return the difference to us, the fact is that we paid 700 euros on July 22 and 2030 we stopped in August, which he only stayed for 11 days, all this warning that he would only be there for a month, well we have been waiting almost three months for our money to be returned and all are long delays and excuses from the director, it is shameful that a nursing home takes advantage of the little money that a sick pensioner has. Everything is in the hands of a lawyer
