La Residencia de personas mayores Servicios Sociales Olmar presenta opiniones extremadamente divididas que revelan inconsistencias graves en la calidad de atención: mientras algunos usuarios destacan un servicio profesional, atento y que genera confianza, otros reportan casos alarmantes de negligencia médica, falta de higiene, demoras en atención sanitaria e incluso trato desdeñoso hacia los residentes. I absolutely do not recommend this care home…if I were to list all the negligence and appalling things my grandfather has suffered under your care, it would be grounds for a lawsuit, to say the least… I believe these people deserve dignified treatment, which you are not providing; quite the opposite, in fact. The way you have made him feel on several occasions is deplorable. I hope everyone can read this review before making a decision…

Much to my regret, I have to say that I absolutely do not recommend this care home. The treatment my grandfather has received in recent years has been appalling, with more than one instance of negligence. I believe no one deserves such treatment, least of all a kind and helpful person like my grandfather has always been.

It's a fantastic nursing home with unbeatable service. Without a doubt, leaving the care of an elderly relative in the hands of professionals like those at this nursing home is a source of peace of mind, as they treat them like true family members and as if they were in their own home. 200% recommended!

It's sad that the management of a nursing home values the feelings and lives of the relatives of their elderly residents but doesn't care that my 101-year-old father spends three days asking for a doctor, that we don't know when his urinary catheters were changed, that he always has stains on his clothes, that a certain person at the residence greets him with "here comes the dumbest guy in town"... we can't prove it, but the treatment our elderly receive at this residence is disappointing.
