Good morning, I'm going to tell you about my very unpleasant experience. BE VERY CAREFUL with your parents' documents, especially if you have manipulative siblings like mine. My mother was involuntarily admitted to this nursing home. Regarding the care she received, I have nothing to say, as she was in good condition. The problem is this: my mother owed me a significant amount of money and wanted to give it to me. I must emphasize that this money was mine, not from any inheritance. When I went to look for the ID card, I saw it wasn't there. The police station told me they could go to the nursing home and retrieve it there since my mother wasn't in a condition to go to the station. Imagine my surprise when one of the nursing home directors told me the ID card wasn't lost, but that she had given it to my sister because my mother wasn't cognitively well—which is a lie, since my mother knew perfectly well what she was doing and saying. When I asked for the ID card, the nursing home refused to give it to me; I asked for it three times in total. There's a protocol that requires the documentation to be kept at the nursing home, so I reiterate, be careful with your parents and relatives.

A deplorable residence, they don't look after the people who are admitted there. I had a relative and he was poorly cared for. They treated him every two or three times he was admitted, they didn't cover him up or change him until he ended up in the hospital with pneumonia and died. I'm not giving it even one star. What they deserved was for it to be closed so that the same thing wouldn't happen again to another grandfather.

They don't even deserve one star. My mother went to the nursing home and was constantly admitted to the hospital due to poor care. Her wounds weren't treated. There was little food. We were poorly treated by the staff, the director, etc.

This Saturday, a group of young people called 112 (the Spanish emergency number). The National Police arrived and found a 95-year-old woman on a balcony asking for help, saying that a staff member had "allegedly" hit her. I don't know what happened to the woman, but it's very sad that being elderly makes people think they're mentally unstable, when she was perfectly lucid and physically alert (she went into her room to get some fresh air and put on a jacket). Something is clearly going on when people are kept locked in their rooms and not put to bed at 10 pm. It's all very strange and has left us with many questions about this care home and its residents. I'm not including photos, but there were photos and videos, which are a kind of "safety net" in case of a similar incident. As soon as the police arrived, they closed the balcony on the second floor where the woman was calling for help. I hope the police documented their intervention.

After trying several care homes for my mother, I have to say this is the best. The care, food, facilities, location, and staff are all excellent. 10 out of 10.
