Opiniones

The facilities are very well maintained and clean. The staff is charming, always attentive to every detail to improve the residents' experience. Furthermore, there is a great atmosphere among the entire team, which conveys a sense of calm and confidence.

The surroundings are beautiful and well-maintained. The treatment of residents and families is very appropriate and considerate. Regarding the staff, there has been a significant change due to a lack of sufficiently qualified personnel. The staff, who have been working with the director for years, provide very efficient and excellent treatment, in most, if not all, cases. I highly recommend it, considering the available offerings.

Terrible treatment of workers. A woman wandering around the residence without wearing a maid's uniform is dedicated to belittling the workers without having anything to do with management. I don't know much about this type of work, but the same people who feed the elderly are the same ones who previously sent them to clean tiles and other things that, from my point of view, should be done by a cleaning team strictly for those tasks. They tell you a one-month trial period, but since you've already cleaned all the facilities, you're no longer worth it, but the non-labor is already written off. Shameful.

It looks fairly clean, but the owner or manager seems a bit forgetful and, frankly, unsure of what he's doing. I saw people alone in a room... and it was very poorly lit. The room was also very cold. I don't think I would recommend this residence to anyone.

Every two or three weeks, they post a job offer on Trabajastur because people don't last long or they wait for something better to come along. It's a "park-the-elderly" residence, something that is relatively common in nursing homes. The geriatric care staff are assigned no other duties than getting up, grooming, putting to bed, feeding, and cleaning laundry. There is no dedicated cleaning staff, so the time that could be spent providing care, assisting with entertainment tasks, gerontogymnastics, etc., is conspicuously absent. They work more hours than stipulated in the contract and are not paid as overtime. If there are few staff members the following day, the night shift person has to get up 13 patients, usually finishing at 9 a.m. (having started at 10 p.m. the day before). The lack of staff means you have barely 11 and a half minutes to get up, undress, groom, redress, and place them in the hallway waiting for breakfast. You can imagine that the numbers don't add up if everything is done with due diligence. Let's see who can adequately prepare 13 patients in 2.5 hours, including those with spasticity, wheelchairs, and so on. There's a woman who claims to be the owner (although she says she neither manages nor works at the residence) who effectively performs surveillance/policing, training/corrective duties, and allows her dogs to enter the residence, both in common areas and in the bedrooms and hallways of upper floors. There's no Occupational Risk Prevention training, nor is uniforms distributed, despite the company's obligation to do so. The condition of the equipment leaves something to be desired in some aspects, as does the way in which the workers are supervised. The food is good. It's catered. The surroundings of the property are unbeatable. In short, it's not a good place to work or to admit loved ones. A bad experience, unfortunately.
