The residence is very well located in Sama. The facilities are well-maintained and designed for the well-being of seniors. The staff is very friendly, professional, and always willing to help, instilling a great deal of confidence. It's clear they care for the residents with love, making them feel at home. The atmosphere is very family-friendly and welcoming, and the owner is a delight, always attentive and on top of everything. Without a doubt, a great choice.

Excellent nursing home. I was fortunate enough to have my mother admitted here, and the treatment was unbeatable. Both the owner and the staff were delightful, and their dedication to their work was evident. The facilities were impeccable, with all the expected services. Other nursing homes I looked at before choosing this one, while not bad, lacked the facilities and amenities this one provides. Finally, it's reasonably priced considering everything it offers and the price of similar ones. 100% recommended.

My mother was admitted here for almost a month. They kept her bedridden constantly. She can't walk. She came home with terrible diaper rash. Camilo, the director, has only one person working to care for 10-14 patients. I gave him a €1,000 deposit, which he never returned. It's been a terrible experience coming to this nursing home.

It's curious that Camilo Candales' (the director's) relative wrote a 5-star review when it's clear this residence lacks the resources to offer quality service. I disagree with what he said. They have one foreign woman working alone on each shift to care for all the elderly residents. The poor woman is overwhelmed. The residence is extremely small and very austere. The care they provide is terrible, as they don't have sufficient resources to meet the residents' needs. It's a serious mistake to place your relative here, as I highly doubt they can provide them with an adequate quality of life. The price is far from affordable for the service they offer. This nursing home should be investigated.
