Opiniones

They provide exceptional care for our Dad as the family lives outside of Spain this is crucial for our peace of mind. They gone well beyond their jobs doing video calls and sending us occasional pictures. They advised us of a recent health risk early enough for all of us to get flights back to Spain to be there. During this time we could see the high level care being given to make our Dad comfortable. We can see, hear and feel that my Dad is well cared for. Cristina is exception with communications and information. Ruben is a truly amazing and attentive carer who manages our Dad very effectively and communicates with us too.

Excellent service, dedicated team, and impeccable customer service. Well-maintained facilities and a family atmosphere. Highly recommended.

The management is unacceptable, a disgrace. Problems arise and they refuse to take responsibility. The worst part is they discriminate regarding Christmas gifts: if you're from the private residence, you get presents, but if you're from the public one, you don't. And the care of the residents in all aspects leaves much to be desired; it's pure business.

The spa is great. Small but with everything you need. If you're not prepared, you can buy flip-flops, swimsuits, and a swim cap. They have a hairdryer. I really liked it. The staff were fantastic. Very friendly.

The facilities are very good. The staff, especially those who answer the phones, are terrible. You call to ask about a relative and they always make up some excuse to avoid speaking with them. They're always stalling. Or saying they're busy at the moment. It's like a cult. There's no way to actually speak to the relative. And that way there's no way to know if they're okay or not.
