I'm looking for a care home for my mother and came to Domus based on recommendations from acquaintances. Lara, the social worker, who is lovely, helped me and explained everything wonderfully. She showed me around the residence, and I was struck by the fact that she knew all the residents and spoke to them with such affection. What I saw seemed excellent. Unlike some other care homes I visited, the elderly residents aren't kept inactive; they participate in activities and are kept moving. The staff treats them with great care and affection.

I only have words of gratitude. Our father was admitted after a serious accident and more than a month in the hospital. A new and very stressful situation for us. I must thank the entire nursing home staff for their patience with us, their loving treatment of my father, and their professionalism, from the reception staff to the medical team, nurses, assistants, cleaners, kitchen staff, social services, and everyone else who works at the nursing home. THANK YOU for also taking care of our father, and THANK YOU for the peace of mind of knowing he was in the best hands since ours.

I can't say a bad word about either the residence or the staff. My mother was always treated with great care. Whenever we didn't understand something, they explained it to us very patiently, from the nurses and the social worker to the reception staff. Having a family member in a care home isn't always easy, but all the staff at DomusVi La Florida made it very bearable for us. We even enjoyed the afternoon activities they organize, which families can participate in.
