Opiniones

Manuela, who has a special touch with our elderly residents, is the only exception. As for everything else—the service, the care, the attention, the facilities—it leaves so much to be desired that I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Awful.

The caregivers are wonderful, especially Manuela, with whom we've spent a bit more time. They take excellent care of my grandmother, and she always looks radiant and has a smile on her face. I'm relieved to know she's in good hands.

After seeing some reviews from 2025, it's clear they're continuing with the same approach. Luckily, I've seen many centers, and I wouldn't take anyone to this one again. It was good in its time under other people's care. It can't be managed unscrupulously, and that means I wouldn't recommend it even to enemies. The problem is that the owner has her own law firm, and with that, she believes there's impunity. She has a very insufficient staff (it happens in all of them), but they play with the interns. It had leaks, an old center, and they don't invest. You may see the main building clean, but there are other rooms, and I have photos of a bathroom that hasn't been cleaned for weeks. And that thing about not letting you in the room... We talked later about the care, the nutrition, and the pharmacy costs, giving them vitamins to compensate. There were complaints... Now we're going to uncover what happened during the pandemic when they didn't let anyone in so as not to scare them, and they received a measly fine of €6,000, which is the largest fine the principality issues. I'm surprised it's still open. The price is good in comparison.

There's no transparency here. They hide information, offer vague explanations to families, and provide little clarity. They cover up incidents, hoping we won't find out, since my father can't defend himself... He can't speak out, and if it's not obvious, how are we supposed to know? And if we do find out, they downplay what happened. There's a barrier and a shield surrounding the flow of communication between the institution and the people and their families. It seems that only money matters. I feel powerless and angry at the defenselessness and vulnerability of the elderly who deserve quality care. I'm not criticizing the staff, who do a lot with so many patients and, in my opinion, understaffed, considering the money paid and the level of care and quality attention they should require. I don't know their working conditions. But we deserve, at the very least, explanations. We thought that because it's a private clinic, the care would be better, and we were wrong. It's a shame.

It's a very nice nursing home in a beautiful, peaceful setting. The facilities are fantastic. The residents are very well cared for, and the staff is very attentive. The diet is very healthy and balanced, tailored to each person's needs. It's nice to walk around the area and along the promenade. I really enjoyed it.
