Hello, I'm giving it one star because I can't leave a comment, otherwise I wouldn't give it any. I think it's the worst nursing home I've ever been to. The lack of care, empathy, and irresponsibility towards the residents was appalling. My father was there with a diagnosis of advanced dementia and suffered countless falls in an uninsured wheelchair. The staff's complete lack of care was unbelievable. It's very sad because it seems they're not going to grow old themselves; all they care about is making money and taking advantage of the vulnerability of the elderly residents. I will be taking legal action and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Of all the nursing homes I've been to in Asturias, this is by far the worst. The patient care, the cleanliness, everything... After spending more than three weeks in the hospital, you return to find a scene straight out of a horror movie.

The café is a joke; there's only one person to serve it, and it's obvious they're not cut out for the hospitality industry. After waiting 20 minutes and seeing that they weren't taking our order, I went to the bar intending to order and pay so they could bring it to us whenever they could. They were incapable of it, saying while cleaning a part of the coffee machine that they had to serve more tables. There were six tables, three were being served, and the other two had arrived after us. In the same amount of time we'd been waiting, we walked to another café, got served, and had our drinks.

My father was admitted there and died within two days. An aide forgot to give him oxygen; we forgave her, but not the arrogant nurse who did nothing but kick us out of the room when he was starting to breathe again, after his children encouraged him to do so. He never recovered. Never let healthcare workers take ownership of your loved ones.

The star rating is only because otherwise, it wouldn't let me write. The commercial department shows you the residence; that says a lot, but unfortunately, in my situation, I wasn't thinking clearly. Deplorable, horrible, like something out of a horror movie every time I remember the short time my father lived there. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
