Many things need improvement... and one is... when my mother arrives in the dining room to eat, the chamomile tea is already there, but when she goes to drink it, it's cold... it's shameful... we've already complained to the administration, they said nice things... but the chamomile tea is still cold... and I have a long list of many more things...
