El Centro para mayores Los Nozales presenta opiniones polarizadas y preocupantes: mientras que la mayoría de residentes elogia el trato cálido, profesionalismo y calidad de las instalaciones, existe una grave denuncia sobre negligencia en el cuidado básico que resultó en deshidratación severa, insuficiencia renal e infección en otra residente, además de falta de seguridad nocturna. Esta disparidad extrema entre valoraciones sugiere inconsistencias significativas en la calidad de atención que merecen ser investigadas.

Terrible experience with this care home. I took my grandmother there, and after several days, we had to admit her to the hospital due to severe dehydration. They clearly hadn't bothered to give her water at all during those days. The dehydration caused kidney failure. Furthermore, at the hospital, they told us she had a blood infection due to all the filth in her mouth, meaning they hadn't even bothered to clean her teeth. She also had bruises on her forehead and eyebrow because she wasn't properly restrained in bed at night, as my grandmother has dementia and needs to be restrained.
