Quite poorly organized: They lose clothes, and my mother sometimes goes out with her shoes on incorrectly (with the risk of falling). The first day she arrived, the staff didn't even know it was a full-time program and therefore needed to be cleaned. No one explained what to bring that first day. They never showed us the center (I was foolish enough to sign as if they had). Regarding everything else (treatment, therapies, food, etc.), due to my mother's cognitive impairment, I can't comment. And it's true that they take advantage of you financially (they only deduct 25% after the 16th day of absence... they should at least deduct the cost of the food!). And they charge you for the entire following month after you notify them that you're leaving the center (whether the person attends or not).

We started taking my mother to the center 10 months ago and we're so happy with our decision. All the staff are incredibly caring and attentive, and they have endless patience. The hours are very flexible and they adapt to each family's needs. Although my mother goes mornings from Monday to Friday, we've occasionally needed her to go on a Saturday or Sunday, or even an afternoon, and there hasn't been any problem. I would definitely recommend it to anyone without hesitation!

My mother was with them and I was delighted. I don't understand why they say they charge for the entire month even if I miss school. If the kids don't go to school in 15 days, you also ask for your money back. Anyway, it never rains to everyone's liking.

I can only say thank you. My mother is delighted. She's so happy to go to the center every day. She feels right at home. Oh, and the food is always delicious.
