My father Raymond Denning stayed here for 4 months. He was taken care of very well. The genuine love and care of all the staff was felt each and every day. A special mention must be given to the translator and professional carer “Pili” who always went above and beyond to help my father and make sure he felt involved and his needs were respected and considered. We lived outside of Spain so Pili was our vital connection to knowing our father was ok each day. We could not have given him what he wanted without her. He insisted in having his last days still living in Spain. Also a special mention must be given to “Virginia” the social worker who again showed true professionalism in helping us feel our father and the administration was handled with true respect. If you also have a loved one who needs this level of care, Savia Villamartin should definitely be considered.

I am writing on behalf of my brother Roger Bruce who was a resident at Villamartin up until his recent death. I had the pleasure and privilege of spending time with Roger at Villamartin a few weeks before his death. I was struck by the care, professionalism and love shown by the staff at Villamartin in very challenging situations to ensure the well being of residents. In spite of the sad loss of my brother, I took some comfort in knowing that there was a staff around him caring for him till the end. For that I will be eternally grateful as will my family members who were unable to see him. I have to thank, in particiular, Pilar Lopez Rodriguez who made me very welcome and was particularly helpful in preparing me for the visit and what to expect. I believe her superb command of English made her the perfect carer for Roger along with her other skills. Hearing an English voice made it easier for Roger to be calm. On behalf of my family we would like to thank Pilar for all she has done caring from Roger. This thanks is also extended to other members of the medical and welfare team that I was introduced to by Pilar. Our heartfelt thanks and gratitude Cheers Ray Bruce

My parents – Ludo (80 years old) and Nelly (86 years old) – moved into the Savia Villamartín residence on December 2, 2025. Since that day, I have felt immense gratitude towards ALL the staff for their professionalism, availability, and kindness at every moment. A very special thank you to Ángela, the social worker, whose promptness and warmth are exceptional. Despite the distance (I live in Belgium), she has always given me clear and reassuring answers, something invaluable when you entrust your loved ones to a team. Since my parents' arrival, I can finally live with peace of mind: they are no longer alone; they are surrounded by dedicated professionals 24 hours a day. And most importantly: they are happy! They share a double room, have decorated their own space with their own furniture, enjoy a large sunny terrace… and they love the food (varied, plentiful, and delicious). Not to mention the medical follow-up, physiotherapy exercises, recreational activities, and outings. For the first time since COVID, I feel relieved of stress. My parents are calm… and so am I! ❤️ A huge THANK YOU to the entire Savia Villamartín team for their commitment and compassion. They make a real difference in the lives of families!
