Following the passing of our mother, who has been under your care for the past three years, we would like to sincerely express our gratitude for the care and affection received from the wonderful professionals, including the assistants, nurses, and others (Toñi, Lorena, etc.). However, we encourage family members to work closely with the center to ensure their elderly receive the best possible care. With our deepest gratitude, we encourage the center to continue improving. Thank you very much for everything.

A care home that seemed like one thing, but when we took our relative out, it was something else entirely. First and foremost, I must acknowledge that on the few occasions we had to go to the hospital for an emergency, they responded and never left the patient alone (I'm referring to staff members who accompanied them). That much is appreciated; you rarely see that kind of service. After two and a half years, we've realized that the organization leaves much to be desired, as much of the clothing they gave us when we left didn't belong to our relative (even though everything is numbered). We complained about the clothes they didn't give us, but nothing has been done; we consider them lost. A small bag with three boxes of medication. We asked, "Is this all?" They replied, "Yes, that's their medication." To our surprise, nine more medications were missing. We had to pay for them because they had already been dispensed, and we couldn't get them again until some time had passed, which my relative obviously couldn't wait to do without. Having said that, we appreciate the initial treatment, but the end result has truly left much to be desired. I don't want to think about how my relative has been there if the organization of something as basic as clothing and medication isn't handled properly.

My mother has been in this residence for a few months, but long enough to appreciate and be grateful for the excellent team that has been caring for her. The humanity of her doctor (worthy of mention) and of course Jessica her nurse, has been fundamental in my mother's outcome. On the other hand, I cannot fail to mention the loving, humane, close, familiar and spectacular care that Esther and Rosma have given my mother and me, where they have helped me cope with daily life thanks to their great professionalism. Thank you Fernando for everything. Thank you to the entire team.

Despite the current COVID situation, the experience has been very positive. The staff are incredibly kind and caring: Jessica, the lovely and attentive nurse; Ester and Rosma at reception; Alejandro, the physiotherapist; Ana and Herminia; and Fernando, of course; and the rest of the team. The entire team is very well coordinated to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for their residents. I chose El Paular for my dear friend Gloria, mainly because of its garden area, and I must add that while you can see that beforehand, you don't truly appreciate it until you experience it firsthand. The treatment we received was truly personal. Thank you again for your services 💕💕 Take good care of yourselves 💕💕

My grandfather has been there, and they treated him very well; we could visit him often, and they did exercises with him.
