La residencia "Santo Hospital Residencia de ancianos La Inmaculada" cuenta con una excelente reputación general, destacándose por sus instalaciones limpias y bien equipadas, su personal amable y dedicado, y la calidad del trato humano hacia los residentes, aspectos que la mayoría de familias valoran muy positivamente. Sin embargo, existe una reseña preocupante que señala problemas recientes con la capacitación del personal de nueva incorporación y posibles casos de negligencia en la atención, lo que sugiere que la calidad podría ser inconsistente dependiendo del turno o profesional responsable.

Both my grandmothers lived there, and they were wonderful to both of us. The residence is very well-equipped and very clean; and all the staff are incredibly kind, charming, and dedicated. I am so grateful to them for everything they have done for me and my family.

My aunt has been at the residence for a month and is happy, she regrets not having come earlier, she didn't even go through an adaptation process since from the first day she felt at home, she says that the workers are very kind and are always willing to help, the food is delicious and varied, the residence is spacious, clean and tidy but the best of all is the human treatment with the residents, I recommend it 100%.

My mother was at home peacefully for four years. During the pandemic and afterwards, things went downhill. The newly hired staff don't seem like they're adequately trained. I was very happy with the previous staff. According to the director (a good and dedicated professional), there are more than enough staff. In short: there isn't much care for the elderly. After a urinary tract infection requiring treatment, my mother is now in another care home. Neglect. In my opinion, they could do better because there are some professionals who are very good at what they do.

The entire staff is very pleasant and helpful. The nursing and support staff are some of the best I've found after years of searching for nursing homes. Home-cooked meals may be more or less enjoyable, but they are, in the end, homemade. Each resident receives their own unique and special treatment, as not everyone is in the same situation. Above all, I would highlight the affection shown to absolutely all the elderly. And I would personally thank a nurse and the other assistants who treated my father with all the love and respect in the world. So, with the same staff, I would recommend it a thousand times over.

The rooms are private. It has all amenities and the elderly are well cared for!
