This place and it's staff were fantastic in a time when my family really needed it. My aunt was able to recuperate here over months when there was no possibility to stay at home. We would definitely return here if the need arise. Many thanks!

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to speak up about the conditions I witnessed at this elderly care facility. The experience was deeply upsetting, and I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for compassionate or safe care for a loved one. From the moment we visited, the atmosphere felt cold and poorly managed. The staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive, with residents left unattended for extended periods. But what shocked me the most—and ultimately made the decision for us—not to proceed was the presence of cockroaches in multiple areas, including the kitchen and bathrooms. This is not just gross; it’s a serious health hazard, especially for elderly residents who are already vulnerable. When we brought this up to management, their response was dismissive and unprofessional. No apology, no clear plan to fix the issue. Elderly care should mean safety, dignity, and cleanliness. Sadly, this facility fails on all fronts. If you care about your family member’s well-being, please look elsewhere

My father in law went to this residencia 8 days ago.The home is lovely, all residents well cared for, home is clean and tidy, very close to sea front, staff friendly, attentive and always have a smile despite the probable high work load. The menu for Christmas and new year sounds lovely, the residencia is decorated in preparation for Christmas which the residents assisted with the nurses. I feel I can sleep better at night knowing he is receiving the care he deserves. Thankyou to all the staff for your care and dedication to the residents.

🇬🇧 Retirement home where my mother lives. The staff is very dedicated, hygiene is a priority, and meals are prepared on site. There are rooms for one or two people.
