La Residencia Vicente Cabrera destaca por su ambiente cálido y familiar, así como por la dedicación y afecto que demuestran las hermanas y el personal hacia los residentes, aspectos que varios usuarios valoran enormemente. Sin embargo, existen preocupaciones importantes sobre la calidad real de la atención al personal, prácticas de facturación cuestionables tras el fallecimiento de residentes, y una posible brecha entre la imagen proyectada y la realidad del servicio prestado.

I am very grateful to the Sisters for welcoming my friend Raúl, an 81-year-old doctor who has traveled to 78 different countries, a great person full of wisdom. Whenever I go to the residence, and I go often, I feel such love and affection among the elderly and the staff, especially the Sisters. I know of cases of relatives in other residences, one public and one private, but there is nowhere near the atmosphere of affection and love that the Sisters profess for them. Thank you very much, and may God accompany you in your work!

After leaving a positive review four years ago, I'm back with a completely changed opinion. I'm not saying they treat the staff badly, but they certainly aren't treated with the utmost care. They don't receive the attention they need. I won't go into details because it would be upsetting, but I'm not happy at all.

Nothing to say about this place. Just be careful. When someone dies in the middle of the month, they charge you for the entire month, no problem, even though they left the nursing home at the beginning of the month. When you're going to bring in a family member, make sure everything is covered. This place isn't as spectacular as they make it out to be.

The nuns do excellent social work. Their good coordination with the Jijona health center results in excellent care for the residents.

Very warm welcome, calm, family-like atmosphere. Staffed by qualified and exceptionally caring employees. Schedules that must be respected.
