Professionalism and excellent care for our seniors. Single or double rooms with a large central garden. The Alzheimer's unit has recently been opened.

The care provided by the staff and caregivers for the elderly was excellent, and the food was very good. My dissatisfaction stems from the medical aspect. In the case of my mother, who sadly passed away there, according to what I was informed last Monday morning at around 11:30, she had been in bed since the previous Friday, without eating or drinking. We went to see her immediately, and she was dehydrated, half dead, without even a single drip of hydration. We went to speak to the doctor to find out, and he saw us in the hallway, when his office was next door and empty. I think he lacked a bit of empathy and sensitivity toward family members who came to inquire about a resident's critical health situation (the nurse informed us more than the doctor himself). I wonder, how can a 91-year-old woman be without hydration from Friday to Monday afternoon, and without even having taken her to the hospital? Mr. The doctor had prescribed a drip and said they would give it to him. The nurse actually called me around 9:30 p.m. to tell me he had died. This is why I'm so dissatisfied with the medical service, unlike the rest of the departments, as I mentioned, with special mention to Patri for her kindness, care, and dedication. Thank you very much.

I believe that, given that more than 30 positive COVID cases were reported at the care home, they should clearly indicate whether those people received the flu vaccine, and if so: when? and which one? since the safety of the vaccine given to the elderly is being questioned, and it is different from the one given to doctors and nurses.

A great family!! I can only express my gratitude to their professionals. Our seniors are in very good hands. The center has spectacular facilities and is very welcoming.
