Opiniones

We brought our daughter to the home a few months ago and we couldn't be happier. The treatment is very good and the atmosphere is very familiar. As it is a small and quiet town, they can go outside and soak up the sun. They also have good medical services, a very nice physiotherapist who does exercises for them, a 10% treatment from the caregivers who do not put any obstacles in receiving visits as often as necessary, and every afternoon they do activities that help the elderly exercise their minds: painting, playing bingo, singing songs from their time and dancing (those who can)... They celebrate birthdays... In short, they are very well looked after there. In addition, the cooks make varied and delicious menus! Bringing a relative to the residence is usually a difficult process for people who have to make this decision, but we feel lucky to have been able to enter here.

We were lucky enough to find a place at this residence. Excellent, family-like atmosphere and outstanding staff. Impeccable service in terms of hygiene, food, and all other areas. 100% recommended. Our thanks to the Director and congratulations on the excellent service.

My experience has been terrible. My mother walked in and left in a wheelchair after being discharged. She was there for four months. The first three months were very good. My mother has dementia, and from the third month onwards, it seemed she was bothering the other residents, so the solution was to drug her, to suppress her. She lost her appetite, had a urinary tract infection, and when we went to see her, she was always asleep, drugged so she wouldn't bother anyone. She's been out for nine days now, and we're gradually reducing her medication, and she's starting to become herself again. Something is wrong with this residence, and she's developed sores on her heels from sitting for hours without moving. She used to walk, but now the sores on her heels are healing, and she can't walk yet, but with help, she will. If they medicate someone to relax them, if the administration doesn't do the right thing, it's the opposite. This is the mismanagement she's had. I will never recommend this residence.
