The residential home here has on alert receptionists who support the rest of the staff that run the home. The generalized run of the home is very professionally carried out throughout all the residents medical conditions. The organisations within the website application explains best what they have on offer to those that reside in the home. 😊❤️ Thank you (Tracey Family)

Do not put your loved ones in this place. They only want your money and my experience of them has been distressing !!!

All the staff are very friendly and empathetic. And I must especially highlight the physiotherapist's professionalism and effectiveness. Very grateful to everyone. The only thing missing was a garden, but being in the town center, we had an interior courtyard to get some fresh air!

It's heartbreaking to have to leave your father in a care home, but we had no other choice. My father's health declined; he begged us to take him out, but we couldn't. He stopped eating and died a month and a half later. We don't know what goes on inside since family members can only visit from outside... And after my father's death, we've had to keep insisting on getting our deposit back. For my father to stay, we had to pay before 5 p.m. that day. They had 60 days to return it, which they haven't done, and today is our third time requesting it!

Horrible! I'm paying €4,000 a month for my family member to be in the hospital every two weeks. They don't feed him, and he's completely malnourished every time he arrives. The doctors are shocked, asking me where he's staying because he's in such a terrible state. I bring suitcases full of high-quality clothes, pure wool and all, so they can keep him warm, and they lose or steal all the clothes. They don't give me any explanations. And on top of that, they treat me terribly when I complain about the clothes and the poor care he receives. When I go to see him, he's shivering, freezing cold, and has mucus dripping from his nose. I talk to the staff, and it's always the same. They do nothing. Very few staff for 158 people. There are very few friendly staff members; almost all of them are rude and ill-mannered. Except for the guy at the entrance, who is a sweetheart. Why am I being forced to give one star? They deserve -1,000 stars. The facilities are incredibly cramped, making it difficult to move around the hallways and other areas.
