Thank you, thank you so much. My mother, Manoli Simón, spent five years with you. Five years in which she was happy with her "new family," because that's what you were to her and to me: a family. Today I collected her belongings from the Residence, but I know that a little bit of her remains with you, and she took a little piece of you with her. It's been seven months since I placed my mother in the care home, and I think I can now form an opinion about it. I wholeheartedly recommend it because of the quality of the staff. The director, Nerea, and the social worker, Anabel, are lovely, always helpful, and very willing to solve problems. The therapist, Laura, and the physiotherapist, Consuelo, are also wonderful. They do a great job with the residents, even though the facilities are somewhat small, especially the visiting room. The caregiver rotation is short, which allows the residents to develop a lot of trust in the people who care for them, and they do so with great affection, which is the most important thing for my mother. The doctor and the nurse closely monitor all the residents, so I feel very at ease. Therefore, my recommendation is entirely positive.
