La Residencia Gerusía destaca por su excelente atención personalizada, personal muy profesional y dedicado, y un ambiente acogedor que valoran enormemente quienes tienen familiares residiendo allí, con transparencia en las visitas y servicios completos. Sin embargo, existe una crítica importante respecto a la gestión de admisiones, donde se reporta que la residencia rechazó a un residente después de confirmar su reserva, sin haber realizado una evaluación presencial adecuada del candidato.

After giving me the certificate confirming a reserved spot for my brother, who is mentally ill, the director called me a few days later and told me that, "I'm sorry, it wouldn't be possible for my brother to be admitted there." Apparently, the administrator, who is a psychiatrist, denied his admission because my brother "didn't meet" the resident profile. I requested a denial certificate, and it stated that, after being assessed by the medical team and the center's management, it was concluded that my brother's profile didn't match the center's user profile, and they denied his admission. All of this. As I said after she sent me the reserved spot certificate... I don't know what kind of assessment can be done without seeing the potential user and also without interviewing family members and professionals who care for them at the long-term care home where they reside. Besides, you can't tell a user and their family members that they're going to be admitted and then, "I say, I say, Diego." At least the center's director "showed her face" and didn't act like her fellow resident, Cabo Huertas, from the same business group, who didn't even respond to emails or calls. In short, a business group with "zero" empathy and an administrator who, I don't know what kind of psychiatrist he is, assesses a patient, a potential patient, without even seeing or interviewing him...

An excellent place for our elderly. Both the management and the staff are wonderful, approachable, very professional, kind, and incredibly caring with the residents. Family members can visit at any time, which is a great example of transparency. Since I took my mother there five years ago, I haven't stopped recommending this residence. My father, who moved in a year and a half ago, is still there and couldn't be happier; he tells everyone he's in a five-star hotel. Without a doubt, a great choice.

Una residencia con unos valores humanos que son difíciles de encontrar a día de hoy en centros para mayores . El trato de los trabajadores es excepcional y siempre que he ido se notaba el ambiente familiar que espero en un sitio así. Tienes un espacio al aire libre con el que poder estar con tu familiar. Los servicios son completos y el hecho de que tengan cocinero y no sea catering es algo que nos encanta. La mejor decisión que pudimos tomar .
