Ballesol San Juan recibe opiniones muy polarizadas: la mayoría de los usuarios elogian el trato profesional y dedicado del equipo, las actividades organizadas y el cuidado integral de los residentes, generando gran confianza en las familias. Sin embargo, existe una reseña muy negativa que cuestiona seriamente la calidad del servicio, describiendo la experiencia como "una pesadilla" bajo una "fachada lujosa", y otra observación sobre la falta de gesto humano en momentos delicados. En general, predominan las valoraciones positivas, aunque hay dudas importantes sobre la consistencia

Thank you for the wonderful care you provided my mother. Thank you to all the staff: cleaning, physiotherapist, reception, supervisors, social worker, therapist, psychologist, and management. It's an impeccable residence, and I will definitely recommend it.

Awful. I can finally write something now, after recovering from surgery. We took my mother there for a month while I recovered and my siblings worked. It was a nightmare. They apologized for the treatment we received when we hinted at going to the press. Shameful. We didn't go to the press because we were overwhelmed. I'm giving it one star because it won't let me post, but I wouldn't give it zero. A luxurious facade for a deplorable service. I'd love to know how many staff members there are per inpatient, and how much they're paid.

The service and care my husband received was good, and I thank them for that. He passed away at the center a month ago. I sincerely missed a call, perhaps even a note of condolence, from the director. Aside from the doctor's call in the early hours of the morning to deliver the devastating news—he did offer his condolences—he was my only contact with the staff at the center. It wouldn't hurt to show a little compassion at certain times.
