They gave me ( a student from the Netherlands) the oppertunity to take a look inside this nursing home in Spain. This was very interesting. I noticed that everyone wanted to help and inform me. I am very gratefull for this expierence, thank you all!

My mother has spent four years in this residence, and despite my initial concern about not being able to care for her myself, I must say that the professionalism of everyone at this center, along with their warmth and humanity, makes this residence an example of professional excellence. All of us family members are grateful for the care and affection they give to our loved ones. The policy of flexible and direct communication with the director, Alejandro, the center's doctor, the physiotherapist, or any of the nurses is outstanding. In addition to the medical and professional care the residents receive, there are physical exercises, birthday celebrations, constant singing, and wonderful movies—all of which delight everyone there. All of this leads me to believe that I was fortunate to choose the best residence in Alicante for my mother. I am grateful for the personal attention she received during her stay.

The staff at this residence have provided us with outstanding professional and compassionate care since my mother moved in two years ago. They have cared for her with joy and dedication ever since. Even though my mother suffers from Alzheimer's disease, she has remained happy and always has a smile on her face, thanks to the kindness of the staff. A truly horrific nursing home. Unfortunately, I can't go back; I would never have taken my father there. I could write a book about it. Terrible management, mistreatment, poor food, problems even with his medication. They don't care about people. They lost perfectly labeled clothing, his dentures, even a bottle of cologne, and nothing was done. You can't go there without an appointment, you can't go up to his room... Thank God we moved him to another nursing home, thank goodness we did. I only regret that it was too late, considering everything he had to go through.

What I do know is that my mother doesn't want to leave and she's very comfortable there. Whenever she's had any health problems, they've called us and acted immediately. And we've never had any trouble visiting my mother. The two managers, Alejandro and Estefanía, are always looking out for them. The staff who care for them are very kind and attentive. The most important thing is that they're well cared for and happy; that's what I see with my mother, and if there's any issue, the managers are there to talk to them.
