There's a fantastic team of professionals taking care of our seniors. The facilities are perfectly equipped to meet their needs. They eat well, healthily, and each person's nutritional requirements are met at all times. Furthermore, they are treated with respect and in a personal, one-on-one manner. Those who need medication receive it under daily medical supervision. The games, activities, and therapies, along with the care and treatment they receive, are wonderful. All of this can be verified on any visit.

They have had 2 umbrellas for two years and they are in poor condition. The management has been informed and out of 6 umbrellas only these 2, impossible to be outside, the attention by the staff was perfect.

It's a residence for people who are healthy and can take care of themselves. However, as soon as there are residents who are dependent and need a little attention, for example, my mother who has diabetes and is prone to urinary tract infections because she wears diapers, her insulin levels have been very high for a week, which has led to a significant decline. I asked the nurse on duty to please test her for an infection. The young woman told me they would do it that night. I came back the next day and we were still in the same situation, but they hadn't done anything. My mother is getting worse and worse. The only thing that makes me think is that they're waiting for her to get worse so they can send her to the hospital and get rid of the problem. It's pathetic that I have to write a review to see if they'll pay any attention to me.
